I am buying a gift to be delivered to someone else, do you send an invoice to the recipient?

No. When we send orders out they only contain a packing slip which has our details, delivery details and sender details. This packing slip contains no prices.

Do you ship goods internationally?

Yes we do, simply enter your delivery information at checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated automatically. Alternatively you can email us at support@australiangiftsonline.com.au for a quote.

Is the item I am looking at in stock?

If an item is out of stock you will not be able to add it to your cart. Out of stock items will have an option next to them for you to enter an email address so that we can notify you when they come back in.

Do you pass on my personal information to anyone else?

In a word no. We only need to share your information with credit card companies/banks for the processing of your payments and delivery companies for the shipping of your orders. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times will depend on the shipping location however we aim to process and dispatch all orders between 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak periods orders may take up to 2-3 business days to be shipped.  You will find a delivery schedule here.
