Please note that some shipments require a signature on delivery and will be taken to the local Post Office for collection if there is no one in attendance. (If you're not going to be home during business hours, we suggest sending your order to a work address).
Should your delivery arrive when you are not at home a card will be left and you may either pick up your order from your local post office if your order has been dispatched using Australia Post or if your order has been dispatched by courier you can call the courier company directly to arrange re-delivery.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. We require that, where possible, the recipient signs for the delivery. You agree that we have satisfied this condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partner’s discretion).
