Who are we?
Australian Gifts Online are a leading online gift store based on The Northern Beaches of Sydney. We are a 100% Australian owned family business and have been operating online since February 2006.
Managing directors Paul and Jill Leach play a very active roll in the day to day operation of the business and are always available to assist with any queries that you may have. Having spent the last 20 years working together and been married for 17 of them Paul and Jill are very passionate about their business and have built a fantastic team around them.

We love sourcing unique products and gorgeous gifts. Our aim is to offer you a wide range of constantly changing gift ideas and provide a customer service beyond your expectations.
New items are constantly being added so if you don’t find what you’re looking for please come back and look again in the future, or better still let us know how we can source the product for you.
Payment – No worries!
We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa-Mastercard-Amex-JCB) We also offer Paypal or direct bank transfer. If you are not comfortable with these options we can also arrange payment by personal cheque, just give us a call.
Our checkout uses the latest security technology ensures that all your personal information and payment details are secured safely using a globally entrusted encryption payment gateway from Eway.
If you are not comfortable supplying your information over the internet that is no problem. Simply give us a call on 1300 85 90 33 and we will take your order over the phone.
Please note that no orders are dispatched until payments have cleared. This may mean that orders paid for by bank transfer or personal cheque may take slightly longer to send out.
Unlike some other Gift Sites we do not use any third parties, this means that all of our products are stocked and dispatched from our warehouse. This ensures that we have complete control over dispatch and delivery and are committed to ensuring that your order is processed quickly. Orders that are received prior to 1pm (AEST) will be dispatched that day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.
We will naturally inform you via email once your order is received and dispatched. All orders will also have a tracking number and we will send you a link so you can track the progress of your order.
Delivery Costs - Nice and simple!
Shipping costs within Australia are $6.95
We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $80.
All deliveries are made by Australia Post eParcel service, this service requires a signature upon delivery. eParcel also enables all orders to be tracked both by us and by you.
For any international shipping, please contact us directly and if you live around Sydney’s Northern Beaches you can always pick any items up directly from our warehouse, just call us first and we can have them ready.
Is my item in stock?
All our items are in stock unless clearly marked, saving you the hassle of going through the order process only to find at checkout or via email that your item is unavailable.
Our Warehouse is located in Mona Vale on The Northern Beaches of Sydney.
If you live locally and would like to pick up your order please call us to arrange a suitable time.
We stock all of the goods listed on the website in our warehouse.
We offer sameday dispatch on all orders placed before 1pm.
